Come join Katrina Frey of Frey Vineyards for a new release party at Tierra! The 2009 vintage showcases some of their best wines yet, including organic Cabernet Sauvignon, Sangiovese, and Natural Rosé. Our current favorite is the 2009 Organic Chardonnay, praised for its delicate aromas of apple blossom, followed by flavors of pear and ripe apple. This delicious wine comes from five Redwood Valley and Ukiah vineyards harvested in September 2009. Light French oak and a buttery mouthfeel complement wild-caught salmon, savory vegetarian cuisine, and platters of cheese and fruit.
